Travis and the crew arrived in the service window and got straight to work. With half the house having vaulted ceilings, that shrunk the available locations for grill placement. After they did a quick initial survey of the space & obstacles in the attic, they proposed a non-obvious position that ended up work very well - as it's fairly equidistant to the family room and the bedrooms. Was amazed at the expedient time to install - they have their system down to a science - and in no time i was being given the tour of the RF switch operation and we tested out the 3 speeds of the Stealth Pro 7. Whisper quiet, especially in low and i like the energy efficiency per CFPM. They are great and I highly recommend them. For the first time I had a motor go out on one of the fans so I found the Quiet Cool Guys and gave them a call. They were very courteous, helpful and understood what I needed. They quoted me a very reasonable price to replace all three fans. I anticipated the other motors failing in the near future and it only made sense to change them all out. They were able to schedule me very quickly for the replacement. The team kept me up-to-date as to their arrival arriving on time and completing the work much more quickly than expected. They took the time to explain the features of the updated fans and answer any questions I had. Great guys to work with, helpful and friendly. It’s been a couple of weeks and everything has been working smoothly saving me money on A/C bills. If you’re looking to install a system or need one repaired the Quiet Cool Guys are the way to go. This Whole House fan is so quiet on low, you don’t even realize it’s on. My house was literally cooled down by 3° within minutes. From start to finish I received A++ service. My first call to Halie (who was awesome) to having product installed ,was a breeze. Halie was very knowledgeable about the product and process. I got a quote over the phone, which was immediately followed up with quote via email. And, being here with Cody & Zach during installation was such a pleasant experience. A three-man team installed our new system in less than 2 hours. They were uniformly pleasant, conscientious and informative. All of my questions were answered with courtesy, plus they gave us complete usage instructions, with a few quick tips added. They made sure that none of our furniture or flooring was disturbed as they went in and out of our attic. They sent a professional 3-man crew. A perfect install. I was just waiting for one of them to scratch my walls with their tools belts & ladders, but not a scratch. They were very professional. The fan worked fantastic but failed after two weeks due to some massive power surge I suspect. Called QuietCool, they fixed / replaced the head unit in a day a two. I am therefore very pleased with the overall product along with the QuietCool guys / installers, etc. An excellent value to me overall / well worth the money. The Quiet Cool Guys recently installed a whole house fan in our home and I was very impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. The fan has worked so well that we’ve had to turn it off a few times because it was getting too chilly inside! My only regret is not doing this sooner. I highly recommend this company.Load more
